JUSTINE ENO
I have been a yoga teacher now for three and a half years. I completed my training in February 2019 with Mynah School of Yoga out of Calgary, Alberta. My training was led and co-led by two of my biggest role models, Kate W. Mak and Stef Rizvi. I taught in Red Deer for two years; it is where I originally found my thirst for yoga. I have taught a variety of styles of yoga: Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Nidra, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Restorative, and enjoy teaching all styles of classes. In class, I hope to share as much light and joy as possible, all while holding the space when it may be needed. I love to bring creativity and uniqueness into my flows and into my playlists.
I moved to Grande Prairie in June of 2021, soon after I got pregnant with my second baby! I have continued my practice through & after pregnancy, and have recently started teaching online, I am ready to go and cannot wait for all the new adventures ahead.
After my first yoga class, I was hooked, I fell in love with the way it made my body feel, and the more I dove into my practice, the more I started to feel and see the way it cleared my mind. It started to open so much inside of me that I didn’t even know was there, yoga has gotten me through some extremely tough times and is held remarkably close to my heart.
Over the past few years of teaching, it has become so much more than my own practice. Being able to guide people through meditation & flow, being able to connect and help people release physically and emotionally and feel better leaving than they did when they walked in. It truly fills my cup to teach yoga.
“The yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible or standing on your hands is not the goal. The goal is to create space where you were once stuck. To unveil layers of protection you’ve built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are. The goal is to love…. Well you. Shift your focus and your heart will grow.”
