Lynsey is the founder of Elle Bell Sales Co. which was created to provide sales training and support for women in the industry. Throughout her 15-year career in sales, she had never encountered sales support designed exclusively for women, so she put her experience and education to work to create it on her own. With a passion for supporting women in their journey to making all of their dreams come true, the Elle Bell Sales Co. brand has evolved to include business & empowerment coaching.  

Lynsey created Shameless Ambition after going through a radical personal & professional reinvention at the beginning of 2022. Lynsey left a successful career in the financial services industry to pursue her passions full-time and live a life of inspiration & deliberate design. Lynsey has always had a love of hosting & event planning which has been acquired through years of experience. She has planned countless events of numerous styles & sizes but the Shameless Ambition Conference is a product of her wildest dreams & most audacious goals. 

Lynsey loves a challenge and when she found herself free of any outside ties or influence, she took it as a sign to move, shake and make the earthquake! She loves creating opportunities for ambitious women and inspiring them to dream big & swing for the fences! Shameless Ambition is the product of her talking her talk and walking her walk. 

Her home is on an acreage outside of Grande Prairie, Alberta where she lives with her husband Mike, and their two daughters, Sophia & Maisie. Lynsey makes every decision in her career with her family in mind and her goal is always to integrate her personal & professional lives. She has the best family & friends a girl could ask for and healthy integration is always a top priority. 

Integration aside - Lynsey has no intention of slowing down in her relentless pursuit to live her most authentic life and to support women as they take risks, build confidence and become unapologetically successful.
